Whoever said that you can’t have your cake and eat it too is wrong, or just didn’t know any better. Can you imagine a diet so tasteful, so good and yet so effective at helping you lose weight and/or body fat? It sounds too good to be true, right? Well not if you know what to eat and when to eat it.

Who doesn’t like a good sandwich? If you are a busy professional, always on the run and have limited or no time to cook, then you’ll love my Sandwich diet.

You’ll get a healthy ratio of protein, fiber, fats, complex carbohydrates, and the right amount of calories to help you lose weight, and/or body fat.

The recipe is simple yet extremely effective, but keep in mind — it’s not just any sandwich!

There is no need to count calories, fat or anything else. I’m not using fatty meat full of growth hormones, or antibiotics. It has no dairy, no flour, and no ketchup. It’s made from only the best all-natural ingredients and condiments available.
