Liquid Meal Recipe

Ingredients: Protein Powder, Water or non dairy Milk,  Oatmeal, and Cinnamon Sugar. 2-4 ice cubes.

No time for cooking? Are you always rushing out the door like myself? If so you’ll love this easy and delicious blend. How about mixing 1/2 scoop to 2 scoops (depending on your carb intake) of oatmeal with your protein shake into a blender?! It works for me, and it’s wonderful and quick! You get your carbs and protein together on the go. Add a little bit of cinnamon and sugar for a little sweetness. Just mix the oatmeal, protein powder, 4-6 oz water or milk into a blender. Add more oatmeal, and or water depending on thickness desired. And there you have it, a quick and Yenny-licious treat!

This meal is best either before working out or right after! Enjoy 🙂

    The Yenny-licious Minis are delicious… actually better tasting than you can imagine. There is absolutely no reason at all not to incorporate them into your regular diet! One more piece (of many) of the health and fitness puzzle 🙂
